My wife and I were hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park this week and met a Hawk fan on the trail. I had an Iowa state cap on, and his comment was "there's a cure for that..it's called the University of Iowa." Why is it virtually every time, Hawk fans feel compelled to make a smart remark? Are Iowa State fans the same? My response typically is to chuckle, but this has happened all Over as we have traveled. Anyone else, or is it just us?
