Jacksonville (Fla.) 2017 cornerback Quran Hafiz, a one-time Iowa State verbal commit, has told me via text that he is booked for an official visit to Ames this coming weekend.
Hafiz has announced a top/final four of Iowa State, Nebraska, Indiana and Illinois. He's planning to be an early graduate from high school and enroll at the school of his choice in January. Probably won't announce a decision until Dec. 19.
