Not even sure who/how they did it, but Iowa State has offered a Jalen Cochran, a rangy 2016 linebacker from Canton, Michigan. Blair Sanderson from Hawkeye Report got wind of it from Cochran, who had talked to Blair before related to an Iowa offer. I think Iowa has dropped off. Offered by most of MAC. Toledo was his favorite as of late September update.
