It's been two months since I started trying to get my lawn mower scheduled for maintenance. It took six weeks from the time I set up the appointment, when I was told there were only five people ahead of me, to when they finally came to pick it up. Then it took three more weeks for them to actually work on it. Cost me almost $300, most of that eaten up in pickup and drop-off fees. I was about to have to hire someone else to cut my lawn ... again ... when I have a perfectly usable zero-turn mower. I bought it at this place because they said they serviced what they sell, and had a pickup and drop-off service. If I had know they meant they service what they sell, but it takes two months to get service, I might have bought a mower from someone else.
