When I checked the radar about 5:00 this morning, that belt of heavy rain that marched across Iowa was part of a long, UNBROKEN belt of green, yellow and red precip that stretched from Fargo all the way south to northern Arkansas. Never saw anything quite like that. One long rope of rain that was pretty wide.
