There's been threads about this before, but if you follow Cyclones in the NBA on Twitter, there's a lot more activity lately. Matt Thomas is tearing it up for the Raptors, and Naz Long had his best game as a Pacer last night.
We had 7 NBA players on that team. Doubt that's ever happened before:
That 2014-15 Roster is just ridiculous in hindsight:
Nader - getting some minutes on Thunder
Morris - backup PG for Nuggets, plays a lot
BDJ - had just signed a 2 year deal with Pelicans
Naz - starting to play more on Pacers
Burton - getting some minutes on the Thunder
Niang - getting decent minutes on the Jazz
Matt Thomas - top 3 point shooter for the Raptors
Throw in McKay and Hogue who are playing professionally overseas. What a waste of a season getting bounced in the first round.
Glad to see the guys succeeding though.
