I have wondered about the effectiveness of natural immunity versus vaccination, but never sorted through all the noise to arrive at an answer. It really didn't make much difference to me as a 69 year old and former cancer patient. In my case getting the vaccine was a no-brainer. I couldn't risk getting infected. But I was curious anyway as the virus spread.
