I had a neighbor (passed away) who was Manager of the local Palmer Candy store in Sioux City. He was a great guy. When I first moved in, I saw him drive by a bunch of kids in the neighborhood, stop, open his trunk and ask them if they wanted any candy. I told him I didn't think that was a good idea in these times
