Iowa State has offered Rivals250 member Salvon Ahmed, an athlete from Kirkland (Wash.) His offer list is imposing, especially with all the Pac 12 powerhouses on him - plus Notre Dame to boot. But there must be some reason for the Cyclone staff to feel an offer is worth it at this juncture. He just tweeted it out on Monday.
