Democrat POTUS just goes and "approves" the 28th amendment as he goes out the door. The ERA amendment died on the vine decades ago. The Archivist of the USA says he has no power to do so, which the POTUS clearly does not have. Boy, the constitution is such an impediment to Democrats, always in the way of them getting things done, as John Kerry has said. But who cares, Democrats will just make up laws.
