i was convinced that Fred would be at ISU for several more years....until his kids got older. I always felt he wants to achieve at the highest level, which to him is nba. But, several things have me concerned......TJ's quick hiring, seemingly a switch in recruiting strategy, Romar's comment, persistent rumors from those close to the Bulls camp and Fred's total silence on the rumor mill. I know Fred is recovering from major surgery, but if he intended to stay I would think he would issue a statement. I personally believe this will impact our recruiting, and perhaps already has. I have told many people that Fred would not be leaving anytime soon.....no longer sure about that.
