Really enjoyed the dominating performance yesterday. Set aside just winning, but when was the last time we owned a conference opponent like that? Kansas is really bad, but in years past that has not stopped the loyal sons from pissing it down their leg, so I think from a talent perspective we are definitely better.
This team could be 4-0 and and should absolutely be 3-1, but they have not shown they know how to win games. That is why watching Iowa beat Wisconsin hurts so much for me. I hate the Hawks as much as anyone, but boy I marvel at how they know how to "win" games. Are they lucky, hell yes!! But that does not explain how they are able to go out and snatch these wins out week after week. I honestly think that if Iowa had the same mental makeup as ISU they would be 2-3 right now.
I still think we can win 4 games, just not sure where those other 2 wins will come from.
Baylor will lay 70 plus on us, it would be nice if the Hawks had to play them.
