I just went into a deep day dream that I had Warren Buffett money and was able to go into Ames with a couple billion dollars to make Iowa State look the capital of all athletics. I broke down crazy details to putting a rolling roof on (not because we truly need it but for the wow factor towards recruits!) The roof would be closed before every kickoff because the ceiling would do a Fremont street (Vegas) of lightning and the speakers would crack thunder.
I'd tell the athletic director to get the best coach available. Money wouldn't matter. Multiple uniform options players got to choose. Bowl in the other endzone and work on an awesome press box. Also want something built for handicap where everything is easy access and comfortable.
Also more flag poles for all the championship banners.
