I didn't get to hear it all but he didn't seem very optimistic. He said they are short on Oline and that one of the returning starters has been gone for personal reasons and he doesn't know when or if he will return.
Most of what he said was that Iowa just doesn't have any play makers on offense.
He didn't seem very enthusiastic about the defense either but he had little good to say about the offense.
He said he didn't see any of Iowa's recruits being able to come in and make any impact this year.
I almost felt sorry for him.
