In a teleconference today, Lunardi was asked about Iowa State getting a 2 seed and what happens if they lose to TCU and then first game in KC.
He doesn't think ISU has a strong shot at a 2 seed even if they win the title in KC (I agree with him).
In the past couple of weeks on here, some have said if we lose some games we could drop down pretty far to 7 seed or worse. I never saw that happening and think the worst we would fall losing to TCU and first in KC is a four. Lunardi agrees.
"As far as dropping, they just have too many good, really good wins, I think, to fall further than one line, almost no matter what happens. I think they will be a protected top-four seed."
