Is there a way to visit with a person in the ticket office? In the process of renewing football season tics (long time holder), and I'm looking for guidance on an issue and don't know if it's a Ticketmaster issue or an ISU ticket office issue. Just spent 40 min. on hold at the ticket office and finally gave up. I'll try going with an email next, but I prefer to visit with a person.
