JP determines that some type of continuity is warranted and needed.
He has two options.
Option A is to convince Jon Heacock to stay as Head Coach and give him an extra 2.5 million to use on assistants.
Option B is to hire Someone from the Campbell tree such as Jason Candle (playing for another MAC Title) or. Alex Golesch (Tenn OC) giving them the same 2.5 million. With the understanding that Heacock will be incentivized to stay as DC if at all possible.
C. Other (must have continuity factored in.)
Please note this is solely on the basis that MC voluntarily leaves. I dont think he will. I dont think he should. And we sure aren't and shouldn't be contemplating doing so.
