......that's just what I paid on the secondary market for two tickets behind the basket to the MBB game versus OU, fourth row in the balcony. I logged onto the ISU site within one minute of when single-game season tickets went on sale to Cyclone Club members, about two weeks ago, and there were none available (at face value) for sale for this game. I am not a MBB season ticket holder, but I'm a Cyclone Club Member. The only way this could happen is as follows:
1- Season ticket holders are putting their tickets up for sale on the secondary market, for games they won't be able to attend, which is perfectly acceptable.
2 - Season ticket holders are allowed to buy up additional tickets (or ordering additional season-tickets above and beyond their needs), before they go on sale to non-season-ticket-holding Cyclone Club members, and a putting them on the secondary market, just to make a profit. This is creating a situation where other loyal Cyclones can't get tickets (at face-value) to see a MBB game. Hopefully, this is an incorrect scenario.
Thoughts, comments?
