I just got back from an interesting wrestling meet in Hilton. The meet started out with Central Michigan spotting the Cyclones 6-0 after forfeiting 125 match. Earl Hall won the next match before the Chippewas took the next three, getting a pin at 149. At that point the Chippewas led 12-9 and there was much to be excited about, especially since Hall was our only winner and it wasn't in dominating fashion, like you want to see out of him.
But from that point on the Cyclones won the next 6, beating some ranked wrestlers along the way to a 25-12 victory. Most of them were very competitive matches that we found a way to win. In the end it was a very satisfying win for the Cyclones who were wrestling short handed.
