I may have missed it earlier, but it appears they have just kicked off the 2022 CRTC fundraising drive. You can be one of the first on the new 2022 tree and even beat some of us on this board that annually support the CRTC. Plus you get some nice swag for donating at various levels.
The center uses the wrestling room at Iowa State University and serves elite-level postgraduate resident athletes, as well as younger wrestlers from high school through college. In additon to supporting athletes who train in the international styles of wrestling, the CRTC helps bring top high school wrestlers to Iowa State. Freestyle and Greco practices take place in the Cyclone Wrestling room in Lied Recreation Athletic Center. Any high-school wrestler who lives within 250 miles of Iowa State University and who finished in the Top 4 in the state Folkstyle tournament or in the Top 4 in the state Freestyle or Greco competitions is eligible to join. A strong CRTC helps build a strong Iowa State wrestling program and makes Ames a wrestling destination to compete with Penn State and other elite wrestling schools.
