Michigan State cut men's and women's swimming at the end of the 2020-21 season and ran afoul of women's Title IX advocates, much like what happened in Iowa City. Eleven women filed suit. Here's the docket:
It will be interesting to see where this goes. With this Supreme Court I wouldn't count out anything. I love women's sports. I don't like that we have lost so many men's sports because football has such large rosters, making it challenging to balance opportunities.
