In honor of Women's Month my wife was asked by her employer to write something on women in the workforce and how equality and equity are huge parts of women's successes. We sat down and brainstormed and all we could come up with to explain my wife's success is simply do great work, take advantage of opportunities, become part of the your organization's culture and vision, and me flexible. Sounds pretty racist.
We actually had to google what "equity" was (in today's environment) and while there were some neat graphics showing how "nice" it is, at the end of the day it is the GUARANTEE of outcomes - not just the opportunities for outcome.
Sorry but hard pass.
