I don't follow recruiting. I've probably posted a zillion times that I get my satisfaction through the joy that others have when we get interest from or sign a guy they like.
That is all still true, but I've realized there is another thing about recruiting that I like. I don't care much for the videos or the player metrics, but I do like to read when they say great things about Iowa State. I usually skip the stories on visits unless there's a the chance they say something good about us. I can't get enough of that.
