I was looking at the Google Maps app on my smartphone tonite for something in Ames. In the satellite view, I noticed that the satellite actually took a pic right before the start of a football game.
So I got home, and wanted to look at it on my computer, and there, it just shows some non-game day. So apparently Google uses different views depending on where you look. So if you have the app, take a look at Jack Trice, and see what game you think it is. The team is just ready to come out, because the flag guys are all lined up and ready to go. Based on the shadows, I'm guessing it was an 11AM kick. The crowd was sparse. But the trees are still green.
Can't on this pic real well, but on my phone, I zoomed in on the visitors section. Kinda red/blue. So I'm guessing this is the Kansas game, last Oct 3. I looked, and indeed it was an 11AM kick. I don't remember the crowd for that game. Was it that small?
