West Virginia game time?

Need a little help from those of you who are aware of TV windows for the games on Thanksgiving weekend. Looking to make hotel reservations coming in for the W VA game and won't know whether it needs to be Friday night or Saturday night until W VA game time is set?

Any help/thoughts greatly appreciated?
