Can’t sleep so here’s an early look at Saturday’s weather: Chances of “showers” in the 40 percent range at kickoff and declining slightly to 30 percent range by 2 pm. Slightly stronger chances of rain in the pregame, 3 am range. Kickoff temp 61; 64 by 2 pm. ENE winds 10-11 mph throughout the game. Postgame chances of showers declining to 20 percent range by 6 pm. (Source: Weather Underground, but KCCI really not much different.) Still plenty of time to improve. Saturday morning-early pm is the only period of rain in the long-range forecast, so grass parking lots shouldn’t be in bad shape before morning, but could be getting soggy if this holds. At least it doesn’t sound like lightning yet!
