and sat behind Paul. We were really impressed how everything was handled by JP and Leath. Of course we are Cyclone kool ade drinkers and optimists from way back.
When we got back to our business later that afternoon, a salesman stopped in and gave us his schpeel. I knew before-hand that we didn't need anything from him and while the he was talking, all I could think about was the press conf. When he was done with his pitch I asked him where he was from. He said DM, so I thought a 50-50 chance he was a Cyclone.When I asked him if he was a Cyclone or hok, his response was "of course I'm a hok". I thought for a second, and even though he was a hok, I still asked him if he would like to see a few pics we took with the players that morning He asked how many were transferring because of the coaching change. I said none were leaving because as far as we knew they liked the new coach. He said these guys are 18 and 20 year olds and some were sure to leave., I bristled a bit and said 'if they were hoks they would leave".
He growled and walked out.
I couldn't quit smiling the rest of the day.
