I enjoyed the game yesterday. Our guys made some terrific shots and stood toe to toe with the great Chicken right until the end. They dropped some big shots on us down the stretch and shots that dropped for us the whole game did not seem to go in at the end. I thought that airball from Hallice was in right up until the point when the thing missed the rim entirely and George had three of his close bank shots at the end that he usually makes.
I think that it is a bit unfair that we are stuck with OU as our first game in KC but I guess I would rather play the Sooners than the Eers or Bears. It would be fun if we could win the B12 Tournament one more time.
