I saw the final score but never watched or listened to any of the game, so I thought it was just another blowout against a patsy. But then I got to looking closer at Arkansas State and found that while they haven't won a game yet, they've all been played on the road and they've been competitive in most of them.
They lost to Florida by only 9 points and lost two other games by 10 or less. The only real blowout besides today was against Oklahoma State, who won 76-34. So not as bad as I thought. Based on that, I wouldn't have predicted anywhere near a 105-53 blowout and especially if you told me that Carleton would be held under double-digit scoring.
