Walk-on WR question

i see the roster now shows a few non-preferred walk-ons. I know these guys are long shots, but anyone from southeast Iowa seen Theo Harris play for Clinton? Listed 6'4 180. Was 1st team all state WR by at least one newspaper and had 80+ catches for 1200+ yards as a senior.
