1. It doesn't surprise me that UT/OU are leaving early and with a reduced payout. Jamie hinted as such several weeks ago on a video call with donors. On the same call, he said Gonzaga/Big 12 talks are real....but he struck me as not convinced (just my impression). Personally, there has to be more than just Gonzaga.
2. The PAC 12 is in a very difficult position. The Big 12 adding BYU & Houston and getting their media deal early really laid the wood to the PAC 12. The Big 10's move was a massive bomb. Between Yormark's stated goal of a PST presence and Gonzaga talks, it would not surprise me at all if some PAC 12 schools move to the Big 12.
