College kid at P&L pregame in his ANF/Hawkeye hat standing by us. My son's friend says "are you here because your team lost?"
Hawk dad gets very aggressive, getting in my guys face with "yeah, well we beat you and take that over beating Michigan in tournament any day!"
Ok, so my son's friend is an idiot and should have just ignored them to start with but why wear Hawk gear and then get po'd when someone calls you on it?
Just stupid....and not surprised to see them there. Also, beating KU yesterday way more meaningful than Hawk game in December IMO.
As a aside, kid turned out to be pretty cool .Mom and sister both attended ISU so he was along for the party, and rooting for us. Dad was and is still a tool. Luckily I'm so mature....
