It seems crazy, but if possible I am all for it. Would have to see the details. This would mean that my wife and I would have an additional 40k + to spend every year. Since we have seen during this last 8 weeks that the government is basically complete fraud, we know the government can be stripped down probably by 50%. The economy would be incredible if citizens could spend their own money, rather than give it to democratic fraud.
