I remember just 3 years ago after a 2 win season and after Jamie yelled at everyone pointing his finger in a video about The Iowa State Way, TJ was hired amongst much weeping and gnashing of teeth. (Myself included)
Most of the thoughts were that if he did well, we would make it back to the Tourney in 3 or 4 years.
