had a realistic chance to win. WAY more depth than us, on the road, more horses down low. We just do NOT match up with them. I predicted a 17 point loss and we fought...JUST LIKE WE HAVE ALL YEAR.
I feel so bad for this team and can't imagine their frustration and wondering when they will catch a break.
Take care of business at home and lose at KU and we're 10-8. Given the strength of the league and missing Naz and how we competed in all our losses, it about where we should be. I don't think we get a win in KC, we are gonna be playing OU or Texas or Baylor or West Virginia. Tough.
Are our legs just gone? We are giving up an average over 90 points the past few games. We can't outscore people like we used to.
10-8 and a first round loss in KC, if that is what happens, I think would put us on the 6 seed, maybe 5th, would we would be prime for a 12/5 turd loss.
I still think we can start clicking. We are in the tourney and anything can happen. Right?
