For his years of hard work and dedication to ISU. He started off strong and there were a lot of ups and downs during his tenure but he gave us some great moments. I met Coach Rhoads in 2011 when he pinned on my rank during a military promotion ceremony. He is a great guy and I hope he ends up coaching somewhere in the near future (for his sake and ISU's). Thank you, Coach Rhoads and Go Cyclones!
