Terrific new apple

Was looking for a different apple to try last night at HyVee. On display in front of the bananas was an apple called "Envy". They were bright and attractive, kind of a yellowish-red so I brought 4 home.

Ate 2 last night and 2 tonight. Heavens, they are GOOD.

Kind of crisp and just the right sweetness. Definitely will be picking up more.

Had never see this variety before.
