Today my wife was contacted by another (this makes the 4th one in 10 days) school in our area, asking her if she wanted to be a long term sub? Frankly its kind of pissing her off that her name is floating around out there(she last taught full time in 2013) Her reply was rather terse, but polite to all of them : "Thank you, but due to covid-19 concerns, I have taught my last class." I joked with her, after the first school contacted her, that the area schools must be getting dang desperate..... For some reason, I ended up cooking supper that night again... and doing the dishes......
