I was pleased to see the warm reception Paul Rhoads got last night at the Cedar Rapids tailgate event. You never know what kind of reception to expect coming off two bad seasons in a row. It's pretty clear fans want him to succeed. I was happy to see it. I think it probably meant a lot to him. He made a comment about the culture in the locker room when he first started is back after being lost for a couple years. I hope that culture is rewarded with a quick start to the season that will strengthen week after week.
