Same stuff, different week.
There really isn't a strength to this team this season. There are a few really good players, but they are lost among the noise of poor play everywhere else.
Lazard is really good. I can't say about the other receivers because the QBs can't get the damn ball near enough to them to catch.
No push by either the OL or DL, except for getting pushed backwards by their opponent. LB play is poor and DB play isn't much better despite all the returning experience.
Warren is a good RB but with really bad OL play we really won't be able to judge the RB play this season.
CMC has 3-4 years of bad records ahead of him before there is even a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. This season is going to look as bad as some of Walden's or Mac's worst seasons with a lot of blow out losses. CMC can't fix all of this crap in one season or even two seasons. From what I've seen in the first two games - yes this is a very small sample - 2019 or 2020 is when ISU will sniff at 6 wins.
