My buddy sent me a picture of woman driving a car that cut him off on a Fayetteville, AR., street and was driving erratically before and after cutting him off. He said he got behind her and then she drifted into the right lane and then nearly turned into him. He said she looked lost and confused. The picture he sent me was of her license plate with the vanity plate BAI and a SQUAWK plate holder. I'd post the photo, but I'm too lazy.
