A great big blatant glaring obvious truth - that the lower two-thirds of the "Big Ten" are so bad that one mid-level team can cruise through their schedule and get ranked WAY higher than they should until they finally play a decent team and get exposed. It happened to I-o-wuh last year and happened to Nebraska early (due to a clear scheduling mistake by the underground bunker in Indianapolis.) And the ESPN hacks STILL claim the B10 is some great conference.
We Cyclone fans have always wished that EIU should have to play a schedule with a few competitive teams and that if we had their schedule we'd be in a string of bowl games - the current outcome proves this to me,
