Softball is playing an away game at Omaha at 4:00 pm today (Wednesday). I am not aware of any TV coverage, but love stats are available at the link below.

Why am I so excited about softball this year? They have been playing well. They haven't been able to topple the highly ranked teams in the league, but have won 9 of the last 12 games, which is darn good. The three losses were to highly ranked Oklahoma State. We need the win over Omaha before facing #1 ranked Oklahoma this weekend. It will be a challenge breaking their 31 game win streak (may be 32 after today against Wichita State), but it would be nice to see if we can compete in at least one game.
