I'm on a broadband internet connection and upgraded my computer, antenna/modem and router, all within the past 2 years, also at a time my provider upgraded their system. I realized an incredible increase in performance and watching live events on Cyclones.tv had improved significantly, that is, until tonight. It took somewhere between 15 min to 1/2 hr just to get signed in, another 5-10 minutes to get some pre-game video before the game started and the picture quality during the game was the worst it had been in 2-3 years. The performance of the video, I felt, took a huge step backward at a time when it should be getting better.
I primarily subscribe to Cyclones.tv to view live events, particularly games, not shown on network tv available to me and, in a small way, to support the Cyclone athletic department. Unless something is done to significantly improve performance of the broadcast, and soon, it will lose value to me at which time I will question continuing my subscription.
