RV Question: football public parking

[LA CY]

we are looking at coming to a game with a group in October............we are bringing an rv and last time we did this (5 yrs ago) we parked in vet med and simply paid a fee to someone who walked around and collected......does anyone know the process now? do we need advance approval, permit? is it first come first serve......just trying to get a jump on planning
