The second LOI coming in this morning is from Hallendale Beach (Fla.) defensive back Romelo Webster. He had been recruited by Campbell & staff at Toledo and had about a half dozen FBS offers. We were never able to get him for an update and he was never interviewed by anyone from Rivals at any time. So there you have it.
