This is a request for those posters more aware of recruiting rules...
Please help some of us less attuned Cyclone fans with our expectations. Today is January 4. What are coaches allowed to do from now until National Signing Day? Can they initiate contact? Can they write to potential recruits? Can they return phone calls?
When does second semester start? I presume we'll see pretty quickly whether all the mid-year incoming players showed up.
Anyone know when Spring practice begins?
