Laying myself out for being highly criticized, I am starting to wonder how Toledo would have fared this year with our schedule. I understand that a new staff comes in with prior contacts, but I can't believe every Toledo recruit is capable of P5 level and has undervalued talent. Were all of our previous recruits worse? With all the coaching changes, aren't there other better recruits rethinking their commits? The real head scratcher is offering an a$m recruit with 20 other P5 offers. Seems like time could be better spent calling past recruits giving them their status. Am I paying too much attention to internet chatter? I support the hire, but wish we had better feel for what the priority is for players.
