OK, so it's not really a catastrophe, but it's not ideal either. I found two different recipes online that I was interested in, one for a chicken/noodle/cheese dish and one that was more of a dip recipe with rice in it. So I write the ingredients for both into my phone, so I can get them the next time I go to the store, pick all the stuff up at the store and made the silly mistake of not bookmarking the recipes so I could find them again. Now I don't know which ingredients go with which recipe. They both call for some sort of tomato ingredient (paste, sauce and/or rotelle) in them, they both have cheese and they both have either beef or chicken stock in them, but I can't remember what goes where. That means I'm likely going to have to wing it, which can turn out either really good or really, really bad. I've never done this before and I've found lots of recipes online. I guess I'm just getting old.
