Nothing bothers me more than receivers that don't get down in the middle of the field with both hands on the ball.
If you are a receiver in the middle of the field and see you are about to get tackled, grab the ball as if you have your life is in your hands. You are going to get hit by more than one player and possibly 3 and they ate going to try and separate you from the ball.
On the sidelines, hold it in one hand, but not after a catch and run in the MOF.
